Our tasting menus, accompanied by wine pairings selected by our experienced Sommelier, will provide a memorable sensory experience. This 2025, Catalonia holds the distinction of World Region of Gastronomy. It is the first European region to receive this recognition, which is why the Vinum restaurant will serve an original menu all year round inspired by the medieval "Llibre del Sant Soví", dated 1324, the first recipe book in Catalan that is preserved.
